Chasing MidSouth Train MS-3
The images in this slide show were taken by myself on December 26, 1993. The train is MidSouth MS-3. The symbol follows Illinois Central methodology with the "MS" meaning "Meridian to Shreveport". Powering today's train is a great collection of four gray MidSouth geeps: GP18 1803, GP9 9002, GP9 9005, and GP10 1053. AD&N/F&P Passenger Special - October 1987
The photographs in this slide show were taken by myself in an October 1987 trip to ride an NRHS passenger special on the Ashley Drew and Northern and the Fordyce and Princeton railroads. The power was AD&N GP28 1812 and F&P GP28 1805.
