Railroads in the Meridian Speedway Network

There are a number of really great proto-freelanced model railroads out there whose storylines intermingle with the the storyline of my own Meridian Speedway network.  Trains move in the real world.  Single pieces of equipment and even entire trains may stray far from home rails to meet customers expectations.

A little coordination among proto-freelancers can create traffic patterns that allow the railroads to interact with each other just as the real railroads interact with each other.  This is primarily evident with runthrough trains and interchange locations.

This page is meant to serve as an introduction to both the proto-freelanced and the prototype-based model railroads that fit into the "Big Picture" of the Meridian Speedway.  This network is primarily the result of the efforts of the Marketing Departments of the railroads of the Meridian Speedway.
